As you know VERY WELL having a dream alone will not help us for which we MUST take action to make it happen.
"There is no shame in having fallen. Nor any shame in being born into a lowly estate. There is only shame in not struggling to rise. And also shame for not wishing to attain the better. Or not dreaming about it and praying for it." --Samuel Amalu.
If you ask, How can a person already struggling can rise? then continue to read the following:
A little girl - the 20th of 22 children, was born prematurely and her survival was doubtful. When she was 4 years old, she contracted double pneumonia and scarlet fever, which left her with a paralyzed left leg.
At age 9, she removed the metal leg brace she had been dependent on and began to walk without it.
By 13 she had developed a rhythmic walk, which doctors said was a miracle. That same year she decided to become a runner. She entered a race and came in last.
For the next few years every race she entered, she came in last. Everyone told her to quit, but she kept on running.
One day she actually won a race, and then another. From then on she won every race she entered. Eventually this little girl - Wilma Rudolph, went on to win three Olympic gold medals.
I am sure after reading the above quote and inspiring real story , you will agree with me that by taking consistent action each and every one of us can improve our performances even if we face huge challenges in our life.

How to choose a formula for LIVING SUCCESS
I am sure most of us will have our own list of strategies to achieve our GOALS which we will be applying / revising based on feedback to be successful in our life. In case if we have formula for living success, will it help us to identify right strategies???
Yes.
Most of us follow either INSIDE OUT / OUTSIDE IN formula in our life.
BEING + DOING+ HAVING+ = SUCCESS … FROM THE INSIDE OUT
HAVING + DOING+ BEING =SUCCESS … FROM THE OUTSIDE IN
One of my friend was faithfully following this OUTSIDE IN formula when he first came to me. His formula was to make lots of money by the time he was 40 so he could then quite his job, finally do the work he loved ,and live the life he really wanted. He was working long hours to pursue this goal, had a BMW and the latest toys and yet rarely had time to spend with his wife, friends, and family. He couldn’t understand why his life lacked meaning.
Many people have their priorities upside down. They get bogged down in the HAVING stage. They can’t get past it to the BEING stage because they feel like they just don’t have enough yet. They think that what defines their success is how much money they have, the people they know, and the things they possess.
My friend is now in the process of turning his priorities around by following the INSIDE OUT formula to success. He realised that to have a fulfilling, joyful, and successful life it is essential to first:
BE
Be yourself. Know who you really are. Know what’s most important to you. Know what makes you unique. Know what you do best. This introspection and clarity will take you into the second stage.
DO
Do those things you do best. Use your gifts and talents in a way that helps others. Touch people in meaningful ways. Leave a lasting legacy. This takes you to the third stage.
HAVE
Have a life, not just a lifestyle. A life oriented around what’s most important to you. A life spend with those who matter most to you. A life with financial rewards for doing what you love to do.
Which formula do you subscribe to ? if it’s the OUTSIDE IN FORMULA , then it’s time to turn that around . Re-designing , your life around the INSIDE OUT formula is an evolving process. Start by saying no to HAVING as your primary goal and commit to turning your priorities around.
Decide today to say yes to BEING first and the DOING and HAVING will naturally follows . Now you are on your way to living success ….from the inside out.
To Success.

What am i willing to give up in order to achieve
Hi,
As we started aiming high, we will set Huge Targets for ourselves which will scare us but will yield benefits if achieved.
In case if someone is yet to be convinced to aim high then read the following:
"I have brought myself by long meditation to the conviction that a human being with a settled purpose mustaccomplish it, and that nothing can resist a will which will stake even existence upon its fulfillment." -Benjamin Disraeli
After aiming high we must set our GOALS and start asking questions to ourselves which will empower us.
For example following question will help if you procrastinate taking action
"What am I willing to give up in order to reach my objective?"
Shall we aim high and set our GOAL now
